Naturally Cooked Pty Ltd -Delivery, Title, and Risk

  • Please see our delivery rates below, all orders over $55 within Australia qualify for free standard delivery. All orders under $55 within Australia incur a standard delivery rate of $10 or an express delivery rate of $14.
  • If applicable, the delivery cost will be indicated in your cart when you check out.
  • Orders are processed for delivery within 24 hours of the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) unless otherwise noted on the site due to peak periods or similar.
  • If you need to change the delivery day or address, please notify us in writing immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but provide no guarantee and accept no liability for any mistake made in placing your order.
  • We deliver the products using a range of delivery methods. By ordering, you agree that we may leave the products at your premises.
  • Title to the products will remain with us until you have paid the price in full for the products. Until title passes to you, you must not do anything that seeks to create an encumbrance, lien, charge, or other interest in or over the products.
  • Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address you provided in your order.
  • Naturally Cooked does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please email us at hey@naturallycooked.com.au
  • We do not currently deliver internationally, but please email us if you are interested in Naturally Cooked coming to you and we can discuss delivery options!
